Self starting Domestic Energy Assessor required for busy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a working knowledge of property who wants to progress their career. Previous surveying experience is beneficial but not a necessity. YOU MUST HAVE EITHER COMPLETED OR BE ENROLLED ON A DEA DIPLOMA COURSE.

BASIC SALARY: Good basic and uncapped commission

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role is to provide Energy Performance Certificates on properties being sold as part of a government led initiative. You will assess the energy emissions on the property and compile an electronic report to be included in the Home Information Pack. You will work as part of a team servicing a defined postcode area and deliver a pre-agreed number of Energy Performance Certificates. This is not a sales role as all of the EPC146s have already been pre-sold. Effectively you will be your own boss and therefore responsible for your own workload.

YOU

• Will have a good general knowledge of Estate Agency, Building, Construction or related industries. Have strong excellent interpersonal skills.
• Educated to a good overall standard.
• Full driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
• Good numeric skills in order to work out floor area.
